To avoid disappointment, please contact us and book your stay as early as you can. We do require payment to guarantee your booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal , the balance can be paid when you arrive. For transfer instructions or if you have any other inquiries please contact us.

Vehicle Rent and Other Services:

● 125cc Honda PCX Scooter (4-stroke) Day 350 Baht

● "Giant" Mountain bikes Day 200 Baht

● Thai Massage (in house 2 hour minimum) Hour 300 Baht

● Taxi service; to / from town 250 Bath

● Transfer service from place of arrival / departure in Chiang Mai 300 Baht

● Early check-in time 08.30 a.m. (subject to room is available)

● Late check-out time 02.00 p.m. (subject to room is available)

● Child aged 4 to 10 years sharing room with parent (no extra bed) will be charged breakfast of 90 bath

● Laundry service

Booking Terms :

25% of Total room amount to be transferred by PayPal, Bank transfer or Western Union .
Any additional fees ( bank fees, transfer fees etc ) need to be paid at the time of transferring the room amount
Room booking will be confirmed when advise is received that the money has been sent.

Cancellation Terms Strict Policy

Guests canceling up to 6 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment.
Guests canceling up to 3 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 25% of the balance payment.
In case of a split payment, the booking deposit is always non-refundable.
